Since becoming a partner at REMAX Lifestyle Marketing, Litsa has established her position as one of the area's leading residential sales agents, specialising in the Colyton, St Marys, Kingswood, Werrington, Ryde & her local Northern Beaches areas (from the mountains to the sea). She prides herself in matching her clients with their properties, whether it be a new family home or an investment property that will provide them with a top rental return. Litsa specialises in providing specific guidance to her vendors on detailing their properties, thereby assisting them to achieve the optimum result. This expert detailing also benefits her buyers by enabling them to either better enjoy their attractive new home, or, for the smart investor, ensuring a top rental return. Litsa maintains regular communication with her extensive client base and is at hand to assist with any property, finance (via REMAX's in-house broker) or financial planning (via REMAX's in-house financial planners).

In her time off, Litsa is committed to supporting Cerebral Palsy Alliance clients and Sunshine Lorna Hodgkinson through volunteering. She enjoys assisting the clients through music therapy, dance, cooking workshops, supporting them in their homes and helping make their wishes come true. Dinners at her home are a special time for the clients to enjoy social gatherings and a homely family environment.
