Stephen Pahl has spent a significant portion of his early senior corporate career as a CEO in the regional economic development and destination marketing industry, building economic capacity into regions around Brisbane, Rockhampton, Mackay and the North West of WA, which was a natural crossover to marketing residential property.

“We don’t just market property, we market a property’s urban lifestyle which is Brisbane’s inner suburbs and CBD,” said Stephen. 

“I spent 20 years matching up key generating markets with destinations and their economy,” he said.

“So I have a very clear understanding of matching property with prospective purchasers in the lifestyle context.”

Stephens’s background in property marketing and regional development took him to the North West of Western Australia, The Capricorn Coast, Queenstown in New Zealand as well as Brisbane Marketing.

He also spent six years in the sustainability sector as a Chief Executive, and also worked as an independent strategic planning consultant with the giant Oaks Group developing six strategic plans for the groups Hotel portfolio in New Zealand, and a new development property in Broome.

During his career Stephen travelled extensively to Europe, Japan and South East Asia promoting and selling in these regions, so he has a well-rounded and experienced view of the world.

Stephen was the recipient in 2008 of the prestigious global marketing award sponsored by British Airways in a desert ceremony in Dubai.  Stephen also won an Award for national marketing excellence in 2002 in Perth.

In his spare time, Stephen is a musician with a passion for percussion and several streams of music, along with his interest in snow sports & the Northern Japanese Alps and Scandinavian Arctic. Stephen also works to raise funds for a Cambodian Orphanage in Siem Reap.
