Where is the conference taking place?
Conference sessions will be held at the Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort. The Farewell Function will be offsite with transfers leaving from the Sofitel.
Where is the Hotel located?
Situated in the affluent area of Nusa Dua, the hotel is part of Bali Tourism Development Complex and is located. 30 Minutes from Denpasar - Ngurah Rai international Airport. The Complex enjoys close proximity to Bali's most prominent Convention Centre, while decadent Seminyak and the urban oasis of Kuta only 30 minute's drive away.
What do I need to do to travel to Bali?
From 14 February 2024, the Balinese government is introducing a new tourism fee to help preserve the nature and culture of Bali. The fee will cost IDR150,000 (approx. AUD$14.40) and is payable by all international tourists travelling to Bali.
Who is attending?
Delegates who have achieved Platinum Club and above for the 2023 calendar year have been invited to attend. Partners of delegates are welcome to purchase a partner ticket so they can attend the social functions.
What does my ticket Include?
Delegate tickets include access to all Conference Sessions + 3 Social Events (Welcome Function, Social Function and Farewell Function).
What are the Check in and Check Out Times?
Rooms will be ready starting from 3pm and check out time at 11am. Should you have an early morning arrival, we would recommend that you reserve the room from the previous night.
Does the hotel have Babysitting/Kids Club?
- Kids Club information:
- Free access 2 hours daily one time in a day for kids age 0- 12years
- At IDR 50,000 every hour per child if they extend the hour
- Open from 9am-6pm every day, except there is theme party we open for the participants only (from 2-4pm)
- Below 4 years compulsory accompanied with an adult otherwise, IDR 150,000 net every 2 hours per child will be applied
- Wear socks is compulsory during Kids Club (for everyone).
- Nanny Service (Babysitting):
o At IDR 75,000 per child every hour
o Minimum booking 3 hours.
o From 11pm - max 1am will be charged at IDR 100,000 per child per hour.
o At least need one day prior booking and 50k deposit is required as a cancellation fee at kid’s club.
Will there be Hotel Transfers to and from the Hotel?

What is the Refund Policy for this event?
Registrations for the RE/MAX Australia Platinum + Forum 2024 will close at 5pm, Friday 31st May 2024 to enable appropriate pre-conference preparations.
No refunds will be made for cancellations postmarked on or after Friday 31st May 2024.
