Paul Walsh:

With over two decades experience in sales, marketing and business management, Paul’s accumulated wealth of knowledge facilitates delivering his clients an edge and negotiating the optimal outcome for their property transaction.

Paul initially worked in the retail sector then moved to Asia to for
seven years in the financial services sector. Returning to Perth in
the late 1990s, Paul successfully built up a number of franchises
within the retail sector and on sold them, extracting valuable
deal-making experience and negotiation skills. In addition, Paul spent a number of years as a business manager with one of the big four banks and can steer clients in the right direction to obtain the most attractive financial package, if required.

Despite his diversified business background, Paul has always
maintained close ties and a keen interest in WA’s property industry. Combining this with his strong determination and passion to succeed, Paul offers clients considerable value add solutions for their real estate requirements.
