Sharon Clark moved to Australia with her husband and two kids ten years ago from Scotland. Since moving to Narangba nine and a half years ago, they found that trying to buy their first home was a nightmare for them. She felt that no one really listened to what they were looking for and therefore would take them to properties that were not suitable for them, which got frustrating after a while. Once they had eventually found their first home they decided to sell after 18 months as it was too small. After putting it on the market and having to deal with agents that would say they were going to do something and didn't, or getting no feedback; Sharon decided that she could do a better job looking after vendors and buyers than what she had experienced. After selling their home they decided to build in the area.
Once her youngest had started school, Sharon decided to join the Real Estate Industry which she has always had a passion for, alongside interior design. After working in the business for 6 years and meeting so many new friends as a result of them being vendors or buyers of Sharon's, she has found that this has also given her a lot of more knowledge not just of the area, but also in the houses in the area. She gets most of her work through referrals as she is an agent who will work above and beyond in order to get you the best price for your home. Sharon always says that “It`s not about getting the quickest sale, but for me it is about achieving the highest price for that home” and to give her vendors the service they deserve.
After 6 years within the real estate industry, Sharon decided to take time off to go travelling around Australia with her family. After being on the road for 14 months and coming back, Sharon still finds real estate to be a big passion of hers. When she realised that Leanne Kroes had opened the RE/MAX Platinum office in the area, it was the icing on the cake and all she needed to make her decision; as she had previously worked alongside Leanne and knew that getting back into the industry with her would be a good move to make. If you are looking for someone that is down to earth but very professional at what she does, then give Sharon a call today. You won’t be disappointed.
