She has purchased and sold residential properties over a 20 year period and has extensive experience in house renovation and management of investment properties. Sonya possesses a great eye for detail, especially in interior design, which has helped her vendors obtain the highest price possible for their property.

Sonya?s knowledge and skill in the marketing of business products and services has been obtained throughout her 18 years of operating a successful business in the production and sale of work wear for clients such as Komatsu, Snap-on Tools and Riviera. This is augmented again by a further 10 years of real estate industry experience in which she has successfully marketed numerous properties for sale.

Sonya has a proven track record of being able to sell all types of property, including million dollar water front and acreages, small cottages, units, land, new homes and the ?renovators?.

Sonya has listed and sold numerous properties in Narangba, Burpengary, Bribie Island, Caboolture, Petrie, Deception Bay, Morayfield , Murrumba Downs and Kallangur, to name a few. Sonya has been with the RE/MAX brand for the past 8 years.

Sonya has a positive & friendly personality with an impeccable work ethic. She aims to achieve the best possible outcome for all her clients. In 2011, she was diagnosed with aggressive Breast Cancer and is now a survivor; helping others where she can and supporting the Breast Cancer Foundation. Sonya is married with two teenage children and has lived on a 3/4 acre property in Narangba for the past 12 years.
