All in all, it is attractive and very peaceful. One neighbour has put in a firebreak along one boundary and there is a track along the back boundary.

Less than 15 mins will put you on either Rules Beach or Wreck Rock Beach in the Deepwater National Park. Boat ramps on tidal waterways are readily assessable and the closest would be 13km away on Deepwater Creek.

Bitumen road to within 7km of the property, mail is delivered 5 days a week. Telephone and power is available out front and children can catch the school bus from there also. Rates are approx. $750.00 per year.
